The new health care includes a lot of new taxes that have a new impact upon many individuals and businesses. the all new 13 changes play a certain role in either improving the tax bills or making them worse. Even though the increase in taxes doesn't really sound good for most people, but it is helpful for some individuals and small businesses in paying for insurance.
